If you're not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us — we're here to help. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

Personalized Products

All BunnyTagz™ products are custom-made just for you. Because of this, returns are not typical — but we still review every concern on a case-by-case basis with care and fairness.

When to Contact Us

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

To help us resolve things quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the concern

How We Help

If your concern is reasonable and meets our review guidelines, we'll make it right by offering one of the following:

Free replacement or reprint
Store credit
Full or partial refund

Things to Keep in Mind

We always aim to be fair and helpful. However, some situations may not qualify for a refund or replacement, such as:

  • Incorrect details entered at checkout (spelling, name, etc.)
  • Change of mind after production has started
  • Normal wear and tear or improper application
  • Minor colour differences due to screen display
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
