Does it cost anything to start?
No. Signing up, creating campaigns, generating QR codes, and using the share kit are all free. We share a percentage of orders we receive through your link — that's the only revenue model.
How is the 20% calculated?
We calculate 20% of each order's product subtotal — excluding shipping, taxes, and fees. If an order is refunded, the commission is reversed automatically.
When do I get paid?
A short hold period lets us cover refunds. After that, eligible commission is queued for payout. We pay by Interac e-Transfer, bank transfer, PayPal, or cheque — your choice.
How does the QR code work?
When a supporter scans it, our system silently tags their browser. Any order they place — now or later — is automatically credited to your campaign. Re-scanning a different campaign's QR re-tags them to the new one.
Can I run more than one campaign?
Yes — as many as you need. Each gets its own QR, short link, landing page, and dashboard. Common pattern: a long-running unlimited campaign for general funds plus short campaigns for specific goals.
What information do supporters see?
They see your beneficiary name, story, photos, and a thank-you message you write — both on your landing page and during checkout. They know exactly who they're supporting before they buy.
